Shipping policy

All orders are sent with PostNord and delivered by Royal Mail. Shipping costs will emerge clearly when ordering and from the invoice. 

If you order before 14:00 (monday to friday) your order will be dispatched the same day. Normal time of delivery is 3 - 7 business days. All orders are sent from us to the specified delivery address. 

If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, it will be sent to the nearest delivery point. 

If the delivery for some reason is delayed you will always be notified about it via email. In the case of sold out items you will be notified straight away and your payment will be refunded by Straps.co.uk.
